This hotel seems to be going through a transition right now (January 2024), so buyer beware. HVAC was broken so rooms were either set to freezing or 80 degrees. There had been a recent transition with maintenance and management so nobody could do anything and guests were left just deal. I slept in all my clothes as it was a cold night. Band playing loudly at adjacent club until at least midnight (not the hotels fault just not a great location as far as quiet goes). Rooms are nice and the staff is friendly, they refunded my full room fee and the hotel could be lovely but needs to sort out their maintenance staff and management. Until then proceed with caution!

The AC hotel was perfect location to downtown nightlife! It’s a newer hotel so super clean, my room overlooked the pool would’ve been better if I had a direct view for sunset/sunrise. But I did not have any issues with noise, it was perfect. If you have a car self parking is a breeze and the elevator in the parking garage takes you right to your hotel floor, it will cost ya $26/day but worth it. My fav part of this hotel was Mannie the bartender, he was awesome, not only is he super cool and attentive, he made the best cocktails! My fav was the not so spicy, spicy margarita. Which was perfect after hiking all day! I’ll definitely stay here again and can’t wait for my Mannie Margarita! Thanks for a great stay!

The AC Hotel is pretty new and has the potential to be really nice. The design of the rooms itself isn't bad, although the rooms are quite small, but I would not advise staying here. There is construction going on permanently and it is loud, starting at 6am on most days. In addition to 6am noise from construction, the hotel is right next to an open-air dance club, meaning that on weekends until midnight or later, there is music pounding so loudly that you will not be able to sleep. Unless you are looking to only sleep between 1am and 6am on weekends, I would stay elsewhere.

Booked a room here as it seemed to be the nicest in this downtown area. We Arrived checked into room the AC wasn’t working so we called front desk they change our room. Downgraded us to way different room small bathroom no couch etc but don’t refund anything on card. Same price for half the room 🤯🤯🤯 won’t be back not our typical Marriott experience. One star would not recommend

Great location right in downtown Tucson. Walking distance to great restaurants or steps away from the free trolley that can take you farther around town. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a pool and a nice deck.

I came for a business trip and enjoyed my time here. The bartender Oona is attentive and a great conversationalist, the rooms are a good size and the location is perfect in the heart of Tucson!

I've worked for this company for about 8 1/2 months doing maintenance. I was a maintenance supervisor before at a different hotel for four years.... There was a 6 week period where I was the only maintenance person. I was working six days a week and 110 hours every two weeks. I was still up keeping the entire property and getting all work orders done. The GM had told me previously that I would be moving up in the company very fast and that we would talk when it came to hiring more maintenance employees. Well he started avoiding me whenever we would try to schedule a time to talk about that, and has still avoided me when hiring two employees; one of which was hired for the supervisor position. The GM has yet to talk to me or give me any explanation on why I was not chose.... If you choose to apply here, think twice.

Cozy, upscale environment. Soft guitarist playing the lobby. Right in the middle of EVERYTHING!! Bars wide open, music from the rooftops! 6,-9 great restaurant 40s- 60s age crowd. 12:30 is 20-something crowd waiting in line to get into each place. And DON'T MISS the Century Room at the Congress Hotel. Great jazz band & some nights country music.
